About Harrison Blakeley Accountancy

Formed in 2010 by Lesley Harrison and Chris Blakeley, Harrison Blakeley Accountancy Limited is now the leading accountancy practice in the area servicing a variety of clients.

The practice has been built on referrals from clients who have supported us from the very beginning.

We believe in providing a personal service, in plain English, that is both professional and individual to fit each client’s needs.

As a small practice we cover all areas of accounting and tax but work closely with specialists, when required, to ensure clients get the best possible advice.

Meet The Team

Lesley Harrison BSc, FCCA

Finance Director & Practice Manager

Lesley is our Practice Manager and specialises in non-corporate client care. After studying Mathematics at the University of Nottingham she returned to Yorkshire to start her career in Accountancy and over 15 years ago qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Chris Blakeley FCCA

Business Development Director

Chris has over 20 years of experience in Practice. He works with clients of all sizes and from a wide range of industries specialising in small director owned businesses offering streamlining through tax planning and business restructuring.

Kerry Hulley ACCA

Client Manager

Kerry qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2013 and is currently working towards her Practicing Certificate, with the aim of becoming a partner at Harrison Blakeley. Kerry’s professional specialities are CIS returns & subcontractors, sole-trader accounts and bookkeeping.

Carolyn Brown

Payroll

Our in-house Payroll service is provided by Carolyn of Oakfield Bookkeeping & Payroll Services. Carolyn works closely with the rest of the team to ensure clients receive the best possible service to suit their individual needs.
